At Kerroby Models we understand that from time to time, things don't always go as planned. If you have experienced an issue placing an order, we would like to know about it and the more information you can provide us, the better. This will allow us to understand and determine the most likely cause of the problem as quickly as possible. Things that will help us greatly are: -

• Operating system and version (Windows/IOS/Linux etc);
• Windows browser and version (Internet Explorer/Safari/Edge/Chrome etc);
• Describe what you were doing at the time, provide as much information as possible;
• Provide details of any error message/s you may have received at the time of the issue;
• Include any additional information that may assist in solving the problem.
